Dr. Isange Remacle, DMD

Dentist

Dr. Isange Remacle graduated from the Université de Montréal in 2007. She is a multidisciplinary dentist who enjoys all aspects of dentistry, implantology, and orthodontics as well as cosmetic, holistic and pediatric dentistry.

She continued her studies in dental implantology with Dr. Carl Misch, father of modern implantology and went on to graduate from his program at Temple University in Philadelphia. She also graduated from several major schools such as the Académie Internationale d’Implantologie Orale in France, the International Dental Institute, the University of Ulm in Germany for hard and soft tissue laser training and she finished the program from the renowned Kois Center in Seattle. Passionate, she accumulated nearly 200 continuing education credits per year while her profession only requires 30 so she could better serve and advise her patients. In 2018, she began a graduate program at Laval University that would allow her to acquire a Master in Business Administration (MBA).

She is a pioneer and is the first dentist in Canada to have started an applied kinesiology program in collaboration with several other health professionals.

In 2013, she partnered with Étoile – Pédiatrie sociale en communauté du Haut-Richelieu where she gave back to the community.

She is a member of many associations including the Association des chirurgiens-dentistes du Québec, the Ordre des dentistes du Québec, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists where she was awarded a Fellowship, the Canadian Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Orthodontics, the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology and she received the title of Gold Plus Preferred Provider from the Invisalign® program (Invisible aligners).

In addition, she has been passing on her passion for dentistry to her peers. She has taught for more than 5 years at the International Dental Institute in subjects such as implantology, gum grafting, orthodontics, periodontal and dental surgery. Now she focuses on sharing her knowledge within Dentistes REMA.

Isange grew up in the countryside of the village of St-Alexandre and now lives in St-Jean with her partner, her 3 children, and her labrador. A national and international athlete of the region in acrobatic rope-jumping, she now has surfing as a hobby.

Dr. Georgia Cunha, DMD

Dentist

Dr. Georgia Cunha's passion for dentistry has been a long time coming. Already, at 11, she knew she wanted to be a dentist. She obtained a degree in dentistry from the Federal University of Pernambuco in Brazil in 2005 after which she undertook 3 years of post-graduation training in orthodontics.

In 2008, she started French classes, which triggered her desire to move to Quebec. This desire became a reality in 2010. Upon her arrival in Quebec, Dr. Cunha was, at first, a dental assistant. In 2014, she undertook further studies to obtain her equivalency as a dentist in Canada. She obtains the National Dental Examining Board of Canada certification and the right to practice as a dental surgeon in 2017.

Dr. Cunha is a member of the Ordre des dentistes du Québec. She has also worked with PrepDental to help other dentists like her prepare for the National Dental Examining Board of Canada certification exams. Multidisciplinary dentist known for her gentleness Dr. Cunha always greets her patients with a smile on her face.

Dr. Abed Al-Ahmad, DMD

Dentist

Dr. Abed Al-Ahmad first completed a major in biochemistry in 2014 before beginning studies in dentistry. After graduating from Université de Montréal in dental medicine in 2019, he completed a limited and wide field Cone Beam Computerized Tomography (CBCT) training and an orthodontics training targeted on interception treatments.

Music lover, Dr. Al-Ahmad enjoys practicing various sports including soccer, boxing and indoor training. As a dynamic young dentist, Dr. Al-Ahmad knows how to put his patients at ease from the very first moment. Do not hesitate to let him take care of your smile!

Dr Jean-François Senécal, DMD

Dentist

After working for 7 years in the St-Hyacinthe Hospital laboratory as a medical technologist, Dr. Jean-François Senécal returned to studies in 1996 at the University of Montreal’s Faculty of Dentistry. Over the years, he has developed surgical skills, particularly wisdom teeth extraction, endodontics (root canal treatment) and periodontal (surfacing and gum transplantation). He is calm and empathetic. In addition, he has completed the 3-year program in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics at the International Dental Institute and can therefore give excellent orthodontic advice.

Don't be surprised to notice a few scratches on Jean-François' arms: he goes full into gardening and renovating his old house dating back to the early 1900s! His favorite sports: meditation, reading and petting his cat.

Dr. Jonathan Jabbour, DMD

Dentist

Former researcher at the National Research Council of Canada (NRC) in human therapeutics, Dr. Jonathan Jabbour obtained his Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine with Honors (2017). In partnership with the NRC, he published his first scientific article on "augmentation therapy" with the aim of reducing treatment costs and increasing accessibility to care for individuals with a specific liver insufficiency.

His passion for clinical medicine and surgery led him to redirect his practice towards dentistry, where he completed his doctorate in 2023. During his journey, he also obtained certification in limited field and large field cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) to enhance his diagnostic tools.

To add variety to his week and unwind, he goes to the gym or the studio to create music and plays soccer in the evenings or on weekends. Always attentive, he remains present to provide personalized services.

Dr. Maïlys Campus, DMD

Dentist

Originally from Grenoble, France, Dr. Maïlys Campus completed her dental studies at Claude Bernard University in Lyon, where she graduated in 2023. Passionate about her profession, she is dedicated to always providing the best care for her patients. Very attentive, she values ensuring her patients are satisfied with their visits and loves to continually further her education.

During her studies, she completed a research master's degree in oro-facial health and a master's degree in therapeutic communication (introduction to hypnosis).

As an active member of the Clinical Research Network in Liberal Dentistry (ReCOL), Dr. Campus is co-author of a publication in the journal "L'information dentaire" focusing on tobacco control (knowledge, attitudes, and practices of tobacco control among dentists in France).

She conducted her thesis as a survey on the knowledge and attitudes of dentists in France regarding eco-responsibility in dental practices. Her thesis will be published in the journal "L'information dentaire" in 2024, and she has been invited to participate in a thesis prize at the end of the year.

In France, Dr. Campus worked at the Medipole Dental Surgery Clinic in Lyon for 1 year in addition to serving as a replacement dentist in St. Cyr au Mont d'Or. She also interned at Maison du Sourire, Dr. Thomas Fortin's clinic, during her studies, where she performed implant prosthetic rehabilitations.

During her free time, Dr. Campus is very active. She enjoys various sports activities including yoga, mountain hiking, and scuba diving.

Dr. Claire Furlani, DMD

Dentist

Originally from northern France, Dr. Claire Furlani studied at the Faculty of Dental Surgery in Lille and graduated in 2012. She is a multidisciplinary dentist who enjoys many aspects of dentistry, from cosmetic dentistry to unitary or global prosthetic rehabilitations to pediatric dentistry.

Dr. Furlani likes to bring people back to smiling. For her, listening to needs and communicating are fundamental. She enjoys working in a setting where a sense of humour and seriousness in technique go hand in hand. Her training in basic principles of hypnosis has given her techniques to help people relax and make dental sessions more enjoyable. She also holds a university graduate certificate in fixed prosthesis and occlusodontia, a graduate degree in restorative and aesthetic dentistry from the University of Marseille and is a graduate of the Académie du Sourire, a major French school of aesthetic dentistry.

Passionate about sharing and knowledge, she taught beginner students for 4 years and continues to actively train in order to remain efficient in every field of dental surgery and to be able to propose solutions tailored to each individual.

Dr. Floriane Ramjattan, DMD

Originally from Guadeloupe, French Caribbean island, Dr. Floriane Ramjattan studies at the Dental Surgery Faculty in Toulouse and graduates in 2019. Passionate about medicine in general and loving manual activities, it becomes obvious to her that she wants to become a dental surgery doctor.

During her university studies, Dr. Ramjattan has a habit of spending time at the clinic observing professors and taking advantage of their knowledge in order to enrich hers. She also takes part in a one-year internship in a denture lab and becomes co-head of the association "Mon panier vitaminé", which aims to improve students’ diet by distributing local food baskets.

Dr. Ramjattan has attended several trainings and conferences, including the Collège national d’occlusodontologie Congress, on, various topics, such as endodontics and oral dermatology, in addition to first aid courses. She also has an inter-university degree in pedriatic, clinic ondotology and sedation and is trained to use conscious sedation.

Dr. Ramjattan is particularly fond of dental surgery but is keen to improve in many areas in order to treat the patient as a whole and offer appropriate care.

Appreciated for her ability to lighten the atmosphere through humour, Dr. Ramjattan likes to find solutions to the various problems she encounters. For her a good session takes place in a good mood. Her greatest reward is when a patient who is originally afraid of the dentist leaves with a smile.

Dr. Imane Ajdid, DMD

Dr. Imane Ajdid, graduated from the Faculty of Dental Surgery of Toulouse in 2018, is interested in all aspects of her profession. Fond of human interactions, she is always looking for perfection.

She followed a 2-year orthodontics course in Paris with CISCO and practices dental alignment with Invisalign. She was also part of the university degree in occlusodontics of Toulouse for 2 years and trained in cosmetic dentistry for a year at the Académie du Sourire d'Aix en Provence.

In her spare time, Dr. Ajdid is particularly fond of travel and reading, but work is never far away because her main concern is to put a smile on her patients' faces.

Dr. Yann Tchorowski, DMD

Originally from Toulouse, France, Dr. Yann Tchorowski obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Toulouse in 2019, where he completed a thesis in endodontics. He also received the title of laureate of the University of Toulouse for his thesis work. He had previously obtained, in 2018, an inter-university diploma in oral medicine of the high-level athlete. Very involved in everything he does, Dr. Tchorowski had several mandates as a student representative during his studies in addition to being an instructor of practical work and participating in a humanitarian mission with disadvantaged immigrant populations.

He had the chance to push his apprenticeship further in the company of his mentors by working in practice with them for 5 years southeast of Toulouse. He has also perfected his approach to general dentistry through collage techniques, surgery and the development of global and complex treatment plans. He is committed to achieving global treatments that are the best possible for his patients, while respecting their wishes and in optimal comfort for them.

From a personal point of view, Dr. Tchorowski loves to travel and plan evenings with friends. He is also a fan of sports, some of which he has played since childhood such as soccer, tennis, rugby and handball.

Dr. Caroline Bélanger, DMD

Dr. Caroline Bélanger has more than 14 years of experience in dentistry. Holder of a doctorate from the University of Montreal in 2005, she continues to improve her skills in order to provide patients with quality care.

A member of the Ordre des dentistes du Québec and the Association des dentistes du Québec, she also holds several certifications in various fields. Pediatric dentistry, medical emergencies in the dental office, surgery, oral medicine, and dental trauma.

She is particularly fond of the field of dental restoration as evidenced by her many training courses in the field. Already in 2006, she is training in CEREC 3D because she knows that it is a very good option for her patients.

At the University of Montreal in 2008, she perfected her training in facets and porcelain crowns with renowned professors.

In 2018, she went to Buffalo to improve her techniques with the CEREC 3D and to know the latest advances in the field of restoration.

Attentive and conscientious, she makes sure to provide patients with care that meets their needs. She loves children and her good mood reflects the pleasure she takes in practicing her profession.

Dr. Karine Nadeau, DMD

Dr. Karine graduated from Laval University in 2005. Originally from Quebec City, she joined the Warwick Dental Clinic team in 2007 after working for 2 years in Drummondville. Passionate, precise and honest dentist, she has at heart the satisfaction of her patients. She performs quality treatments keeping in mind the needs and expectations of everyone.

She treats her patients in a humane and relaxed way to make the atmosphere more relaxed. She is involved in several areas of dentistry but is particularly fond of endodontics and ceramic restorations.
