Our clinics are closed until June 1st, except for emergencies

At Dentistes REMA, the health of our patients and team is our priority. Infection control has been something we have taken seriously in our clinics for many years.

As part of the measures implemented by public health, we wish to inform you that our clinics are closed until May 1st and will only treat urgent cases, according to the terms below.

Dental Emergency Service Offered By The Clinic

  • We ask that you call the clinic and not travel there without an appointment.
  • We will take calls from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. every day of the week from Monday to Friday.
  • When you call, a first triage will be carried out.
  • If your situation corresponds to the emergency parameters and you answer in the negative to the questions which follow, a dentist will contact you to assess the best way to serve you.

Assessment Questionnaire

In addition, before being able to offer you an appointment for emergency treatment in a dental office, the following questions should be asked:

  1. Do you have any of the following symptoms: fever (over 38 °C) OR cough (recent or chronic exacerbated) OR abrupt anosmia (loss of smell) without nasal obstruction, accompanied or not by agueusia (loss of taste) OR breathing difficulties?
  2. Have you tested positive for COVID-19 or are you waiting for a screening test?
  3. Do you have breathing difficulties and fever and any of the following symptoms, or have you been in direct contact (less thaHave you been in close contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19?
  4. Do you require a dental intervention at risk of transmission of COVID-19 by aerosols?
