Dr. Isange Remacle graduated from the Université de Montréal in 2007. She is a multidisciplinary dentist who enjoys all aspects of dentistry, implantology, and orthodontics as well as cosmetic, holistic and pediatric dentistry.
She continued her studies in dental implantology with Dr. Carl Misch, father of modern implantology and went on to graduate from his program at Temple University in Philadelphia.
Le Dr Abed Al-Ahmad a d’abord obtenu une majeure en biochimie en 2014 avant d’entreprendre ses études en dentisterie. Diplômé de l’Université de Montréal en médecine dentaire en 2019, il ajoute à sa feuille de route une formation en tomographie volumique à faisceau conique (CBCT) à champ limité et à grand champ et une formation en orthodontie axée sur les traitements d’interception.

Former researcher at the National Research Council of Canada (NRC) in human therapeutics, Dr. Jonathan Jabbour obtained his Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine with Honors (2017).
Dr. Isange Remacle graduated from the Université de Montréal in 2007. She is a multidisciplinary dentist who enjoys all aspects of dentistry, implantology, and orthodontics as well as cosmetic, holistic and pediatric dentistry..
She continued her studies in dental implantology with Dr. Carl Misch, father of modern implantology and went on to graduate from his program at Temple University in Philadelphia. She also graduated from several major schools such as the Académie Internationale d’Implantologie Orale in France, the International Dental Institute, the University of Ulm in Germany for hard and soft tissue laser training and she finished the program from the renowned Kois Center in Seattle. Passionate, she accumulated nearly 200 continuing education credits per year while her profession only requires 30 so she could better serve and advise her patients. In 2018, she began a graduate program at Laval University that would allow her to acquire a Master in Business Administration (MBA).
She is a pioneer and is the first dentist in Canada to have started an applied kinesiology program in collaboration with several other health professionals.
In 2013, she partnered with Étoile – Pédiatrie sociale en communauté du Haut-Richelieu where she gave back to the community.
She is a member of many associations including the Association des chirurgiens-dentistes du Québec, the Ordre des dentistes du Québec, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists where she was awarded a Fellowship, the Canadian Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Orthodontics, the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology and she received the title of Gold Plus Preferred Provider from the Invisalign® program (Invisible aligners).
In addition, she has been passing on her passion for dentistry to her peers. She has taught for more than 5 years at the International Dental Institute in subjects such as implantology, gum grafting, orthodontics, periodontal and dental surgery. Now she focuses on sharing her knowledge within Dentistes REMA.
Isange grew up in the countryside of the village of St-Alexandre and now lives in St-Jean with her partner, her 3 children, and her labrador. A national and international athlete of the region in acrobatic rope-jumping, she now has surfing as a hobby.
Dr. Abed Al-Ahmad first completed a major in biochemistry in 2014 before beginning studies in dentistry. After graduating from Université de Montréal in dental medicine in 2019, he completed a limited and wide field Cone Beam Computerized Tomography (CBCT) training and an orthodontics training targeted on interception treatments.
Music lover, Dr. Al-Ahmad enjoys practicing various sports including soccer, boxing and indoor training. As a dynamic young dentist, Dr. Al-Ahmad knows how to put his patients at ease from the very first moment. Do not hesitate to let him take care of your smile!

In partnership with the NRC, he published his first scientific article on "augmentation therapy" with the aim of reducing treatment costs and increasing accessibility to care for individuals with a specific liver insufficiency.
His passion for clinical medicine and surgery led him to redirect his practice towards dentistry, where he completed his doctorate in 2023. During his journey, he also obtained certification in limited field and large field cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) to enhance his diagnostic tools.
To add variety to his week and unwind, he goes to the gym or the studio to create music and plays soccer in the evenings or on weekends. Always attentive, he remains present to provide personalized services.
